Order Processing
We will ship your order within three (3) business days. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within this time we will contact you immediately by email and advise the expected dispatch date.
Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their delivery address is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect customer supplied address the customer will be liable for the costs of re-posting their order.
New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST)
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. Goods leaving New Zealand are not subject to GST and these orders will have the GST deducted at checkout.
Government, Customs and Duty
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the requirements for importing our products into the recipient country. We will not be responsible for restrictions, import duties or taxes imposed by a Government or Customs department. Neither are we responsible for delays or losses caused by parcels that are detained or confiscated by Customs or other Government departments. Refunds will not be made for undeliverable or refused shipments unless the goods are returned to us in an unused, unwashed and original condition with all labels still attached within a period of 60 days.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is unclaimed by a customer in the recipient country and is returned to us through no fault of our own, we are not obligated to provide a refund. We will provide the option of resending the order and any additional shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost-in-delivery
If your order is not received after 30 working days please notify us. We will attempt to track your order and will advise you on the status of the parcel’s delivery. If your parcel is not traced within a further 30 days you will be compensated for the value of your purchase plus postage or if you prefer, replacement goods can be sent.
Shipping Options
New Zealand Orders
Orders will be sent via New Zealand Post’s Parcel Post which usually takes 2-7 working days from dispatch. Urgent orders can be shipped by New Zealand Post Overnight Courier. Additional charges apply for this service.
International Orders
For international orders our shipping method is via New Zealand Post International Air service. Orders will be delivered to most destinations around the world within 3 to15 working days from dispatch. This service provides delivery to door as well as rural areas and PO Boxes worldwide.

International Express Service for Urgent Orders
Urgent orders will be shipped by New Zealand Post International Express Courier on customers instructions. Orders will be delivered to most destinations in 1-5 working days from time of dispatch. There are additional charges for this service. Please contact us for more information.
Handling and Insurance Charge
All orders up to the value of $250 including shipping are insured. Orders in excess of $250 including shipping may be insured for an additional cost of $10.00. Please tick insurance option at check out. Your goods are insured against loss or damage whilst in transit.
Exchange of Goods and Refunds
Notification of intent to return or exchange goods purchased should be made to us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
We will exchange goods provided these goods are returned to us unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all labels intact. You will be responsible for return postage and for costs to post any replacement goods back to you. In the case of a refund there will be a restocking charge of $10.00.
