Dominator is sired by Jolimont Trovatello and out of Bingarra Misty by Adelyn Highland Mist and Purrumbete Highlander lines, all contributing to his superb genetic makeup.
His density, together with a lustrous, soft crimpy fleece, he has a lot to offer breeders specialising in quality and colour. He was the 2007 Fawn Colour Champion at the National Show, out of a very strong field of medium and dark fawn huacayas.
Progeny range in colour from white through to black, with brown and fawn proving dominant in the shows and are placed consistently by a range of judges.
Shamarra Nova, one of Dominator's stand out dark fawn progeny has won a Supreme Championship and numerous Championships in both breed and fleece shows. She has gone onto breed a beautiful fawn female (Shamarra Fascination) by Shanbrooke Society Razor Sharp ET.
Shamarra Shogun (fleece pictured below and Shogun next to fleece) is another standout progeny of Dominator. Shogun's show ring sucesses include Champion Intermediate Male at Canterbury A&P 2011, 2 intermediate male reserve championships and numerous placings. His fleece won Supreme at Whangarei A&P 2010.
